He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
