Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears long strands of ruby and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Broce was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
