Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Osco was a troubled youth.
