Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
