Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a blue tunic with pastel highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
