History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Fonkin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fonkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Fallond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
