History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Hadarai took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
