Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently the stress of being a Mayor has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ur-Masi never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
