He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Modean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He became a Carter soon after.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light violet in addition to tight pants. His golden hair is still thick. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
