History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Gerard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theriatis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
