Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a large black jacket. His head has been shaved. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A true patriot, Rendar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Rendar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rendar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple pastel robe with green stripes complete with hood. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He is in excellent shape and is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, violet shirt, and white tie. His red crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Dazzazn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a long, tan cloak. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are a pleasant yellow.
Personality: Leaf wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Leaf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
