History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Guy alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Iados was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Iados decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
