History: Cory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

History: Rurik was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He struck the Body Guard job and began his own company from there.
