Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Standing 5'10", this man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He wears his red hair up. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Scrag was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult.
