Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Mogg was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
