History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barkeep. Being a Barkeep kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after River was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. River's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
