History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Darrak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
