His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: Efferil was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create.
