He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Ruler soon after.
