Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Az-Adar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Az-Adar. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 21. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a Priest, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
