History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Donaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Donaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He comes from a rich western family. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
