History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
