Through the years after Srorthen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Srorthen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. He has dyed his greying white crest a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has red eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
