History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Altho grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his youth he was a Adventurer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants his loneliness to end
