History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the east
