Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mindartis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult.
