Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is an amazing painter.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Igden was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Scribe profession.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
