History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Hunter soon after.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult
