Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wiggan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Wiggan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Wiggens has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
