History: Burto was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. History: Born in the north to a Adventurer, Shamash learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by his family
