Description: This slender man stands about 4'10". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.
