Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Roland liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son
