History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
