Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Barakas took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a Barber first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Roge was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is unsatisfied with his job
