History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Tod was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man wears tattered old clothes. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
