He carries a battered sickle and tarnished whip as well. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Jocelyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
