Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He became a Scribe soon after.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Halander has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Erdan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
