Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 2'11". He wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears dull violet sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Umpen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Umpen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Description: An older man who has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
