Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pikar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
