Personality: Cressel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
