History: Barakas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. When Peren reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
