Description: 2'11" and muscular, this eastern man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Adventurer profession.

History: He was born in the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. During his travels, Hupe and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hupe discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hupe fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses divination through singing.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
