Description: This younger middle-aged man likes to wear black tank tops with white pants, and a wedding ring on his left hand. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kelter never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
