Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He takes great joy in being the best Seamstress in town.

History: Born in the south to a Seamstress, Uthemar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
