History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Burto lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company.
