He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ogbur was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Armorer. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
