Personality: Oskar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
