He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paggen never married again.
