Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Skirt was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Skirt decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
