Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears long strands of opal and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Paggen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role.
